internal server error when opening word doc in repository

Hello,


I am receiving this message when trying to open a Word Doc in Web Client. 

 

I am on versions:

Laserfiche Web Client

10.4 (10.4.1.35)

Laserfiche Repository Access

10.4.2.92

 

Any suggestions?

The UI looks like it's trying to display the Word document using the integration with Office Online Server. Is that server up and running? On the web client side, there should be more information in the event viewer.

Would those be in the Content Repository Log?
