URL to go straight to cloud login and skip account number

Hey guys,

 

Here is the use case. 

1. Client has a domain name they use to set up a redirect to their LF cloud account site.

2. When they click on it, they want it to automatically know the account number, so the user only has to put in the user name and password.

 

The end users cannot rely on their cache as it is cleared daily.

 

Any thoughts?

You can set the account number in the sign-in link, for example:
https://signin.laserfiche.com/?customerID=123456789

Hi Karina, this gets me past the account ID issue, thanks! However, I am also trying to send the client directly to the LF repository and skip the "Home" dashboard view. My assumption was to take your URL above, replace "signin" with "Webaccess". That seemed to work for me, but the client is getting this message.

 

Any clue why?

Was the user granted access to the repository?

(Please edit your screenshot and remove the customer ID)

Not sure whether this helps, but each user can set their default application as shown below.

I am still going to check this.  Karina, I'm not sure how I missed this little gold nugget. I believe that will solve my problem. Thanks!
