In 10.4 the Starred, Search Results, Documents in Use and Recycle Bin were moved to the top left-hand page in the Web Client (was at bottom left-hand side in 10.2 and was static/frozen so it always showed).  With this move to the top section of the page, the listed quick access items are not longer static and when the repository folder trees below these items are expanded, you have to constantly scroll back up to get to these handy quick access buttons.  I would like to request that in a future update, these items be frozen at the top so users are not constantly scrolling back up to access them (ideally to work similar to freezing rows in Excel).
