DocuSign - Laserfiche Web Client Integration

Hi all, I am trying to setup the Docusign integration with Laserfiche. I am unable to find the docusign options within the Laserfiche Web Client. From what I've seen from others and guides, I should see the option under 'Digital Signature'. I have added a picture below showing what I am presented within the web client's Options->Advanced page. I'm not sure if there was a step I have missed or an installation I haven't done. I am currently running 10.4.2 LF web client.

Have you enabled it within the Web Client Configuration?

Hi Blake,

I have enabled Docusign at localhost/laserfiche/configuration. I also used my accountID, username and password for my docusign account.

Did you follow all the instructions on this page and the other subpages?

Yes, I have followed all the above steps. on this page the last step was to setup web client and that is where I am stuck, as the option is not there.

Is there any more information on this? I seem to be facing the same issue..

This was a licensing matter. The Laserfiche server was not licensed for DocuSign.
