We recently migrated the read only users for Web Link from the Laserfiche repository to the LFDS. After the migration I tested different applications, including Web Link which allowed me to log in. We did have some issues with Forms, but that seems to be working now and none of the changes appeared to be anything that should have messed with Web Link. However, when checking today I just get the error message "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: input" after attempting to log in. Even with the same user that worked before.

Any ideas?

Not exactly sure what happened, but it appears something became corrupted. Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed the issue.

Before reinstalling regenerate your licenses for the server and weblink, restart the services then check if the error still appears. This solved it for us.
