Hello,

I am trying to get Rich Text field to populate data in fill word activity, however the variable for rich text doesn't show up in the Business Process to pass it to workflow?

We do not yet support passing rich text fields over to workflow in cloud.

This feature does not currently have a planned release date.

We've just realised this restriction and it has an impact on a solution we're developing. We would appreciate any hope that support might come through at some point? It's a significant hurdle to jump when information collected in a business process may not be retrieved and used.

Hmm, one of our team has found something - there is ONE use case where retrieving the rich text field content is possible, it can be selected for creating an email. This gives a variable that is from a RTF. It is possible to copy the variable and use it in sending to a workflow and it works, the html copies through into the workflow. So while it looks like RTF is not directly selectable, it can be done by direct entering the variable as a value. We are going to build this out some more and test through but it looks positive, many thanks @franz.gangl for the suggestion
