I have a few training units (credits) that I would like to redeem on a certification program, but I have a balance left to pay. When attempting to check out I do not see any option to use the credits and then pay via invoice or credit card for the remaining balance. Seems like I can either pay for the entire thing or use the credits which don't cover the entire program and will not allow me to continue.
I also am not able to get a hold of anyone from Laserfiche to answer this silly question so turning to the community for assistance.
