LF connect doesn't open electronic files

Has anyone experienced this issue?  I built a connector profile to search for documents which worked, the document was found.  But the document was a PDF and although we could see the template fields the image of the document just kept spinning and never came up.

Does the image of that document can be loaded successfully in Web Client/Windows Client/Cloud?

I made a test on Connector 11.0.0.172, Web Client 11.0.0.62, and Server 11.0.0.206, the image of a PDF file can be loaded successfully.
