internal server error word doc

Good morning,

Starting today, we are getting a message indicating internal server error when opening Word Docs. Any suggestions?

I would look in the Event Viewer logs on the server hosting your Laserfiche Server and Web Client.  They are located in Applications and Services Logs > Laserfiche > ContentRepository > Service > Admin for your Laserfiche Server and Applications and Services Logs > Laserfiche > WebClient > Server > Operational for your Web Client server.  They may provide clues as to what is amiss.
