Hi All,

We are planning to migrate the Laserfiche components to the new servers, and due to security restrictions, the Internet browsers are not installed in any of the servers.

As far as I know initial settings of Laserfiche Web\Audit Trail\Forms\Federated Search are required to be done in the Server, and then allow the remote access to the admin configuration as part of the settings.

In this case, is there are workaround to enable the remote access settings of these pages either through config file update or registry update?

Please advise!

If the AD user has proper rights and remote access to the Forms server, they can go to https://FormsServer/Formsconfig from within the network and configure Forms. I'm pretty sure that's also true for the web client. Not sure on AT and Federated Search.

Hi Kirubaa,

For AT, it could be accessed remotely via https://<ServerName>/AuditTrailConfig since 10.4.x and 11.

For Federated Search, it could be accessed remotely via https://<ServerName>/FederatedSearchAdmin since 10.4.x and 11.

So, is this a new update done on 10.4 and after? Till 10.3 versions, we have to enable the configuration page for remote access after installation.
