Mobile Notification from another user

Hi all!

 

I installed Laserfiche Mobile on my smartphone. I can connect with my login and password. No problem.

Yesterday I connected with another login and password (to check the user) then I back to my session. Now I'm receiving the notifications for the other user and I don't know why and how to stop this notification.

 

When I'm clicking on the notification, I get the error "Warning. The session has expired. Please log back in."

 

Help please.

You may have already tried this, but I would suggest to try deleting the app (which will also delete its data) and then re-downloading it.

Hi Oliver, is this issue still occurring? Have you opened up a support case regarding this?

We would need to know more about your unique situation and environment to help you with this. Is this occurring for a cloud or self hosted environment? Which app and version of the app are you using?

Sorry for the late. I just came back from my vacation. I didn't open a support case.

I applied the Melanie's solution and it's working correctly now.
