Laserfiche Cloud: How do I set the Workflow Date Format?

I have built a Cloud Workflow to pull data from Capture Profiles, however I cannot seem to change the date format in Workflow to the UK standard - day month year.

A date of 9 December is saved as the 12 September:

 

And a date of 27 November causes an "The data assigned to field 'Document Date' is not valid. 9017 [Bad field value. [9017]] [0265-WF10]" error and not save any date.

 

If I remember correctly, on-prem Workflow takes the date format from the account settings of the login account used by the Workflow Server.

 

Is there a way of manually setting the Workflow date format on cloud, or is it taken from the locale of where the cloud is hosted?

Laserfiche Cloud is currently using US formats for date and numbers. It is not customizable.

Is there an update to this?  Does EU cloud use the correct date format or is the EU environment fixed to the US date format?  We have  workaround, but it means an additional element to our WF design process.

Not at this time. The date format for the runtime is following the US format of MM/dd/yyyy.
