Problem with the Directory Server Lockdown

When the Directory Server locks down and refers to resolving by renewing the license, after a successful renewal the software never removes the lock down status.

I must go to the Windows Services of the server and manually restart Laserfiche Directory Server service.

It is like the software is forgetting to remove the lock down after giving the success message.

Hi Chad,

You're correct, the lockdown status will not be removed until the service is restarted. This is a known issue and it is on our radar to be fixed in the future.
