Some users cannot see Laserfiche pages for a pdf saved to Laserfiche even though the pages have been created. The view options are greyed out, and view / panes / restore default layout still doesn't activate the thumbnails. The document view is via the PDF viewer even though they choose open pages. In their options / view, they have 'open with... Laserfiche Document viewer' for pdf documents.
The only way they can see the Laserfiche pages is by deleting the electronic file, then when they open the pages, they are available as thumbnails / page view as required.
This only affects some users (I can't reproduce the issue) and I can't see what settings they have different to mine. Any ideas what might be causing this?
