Forms Stuck in Message Start Event

Hello,

 

I keep having forms stuck in Message Start Event. When I start the forms routing service, everything seems to go through at once. How can I find out what is causing this to happen? It seems as though everything is locked up until I restart the services. I am on Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 10.4.5.282.

Hi Tiffany-

Is Forms by chance set up in a DMZ? I've seen this before and, if I remember correctly, it had to do with not having it configured properly for the DMZ environment.

If that's the situation, I recommend the LF whitepaper for Hosting Laserfiche Forms 10 In A Perimeter Network (DMZ)

Can you work with your solution provider to open a support case for this issue, and provide a dump of Routing service? We can try to investigate deep on this issue.
