Hello,

I am new to a small IT company and our IT admin has recently left us. Due to this I am taking on the Laserfiche responsibilities for our company. I have learned much in the past few weeks but I am having trouble finding information on running business processes.

I know I can view them under WORKFLOW ADMINISTRATION - TOOLS - MANAGE BUSINESS PROCESSES. I am often tasked with stopping a processes that is currently running. However, can I see any specific information on the processes shown under the MANAGE BUSINESS PROCESSES INSTANCES? The process I am curious about has an ENTRY ID of 738960 but I am unsure where I can view all the details about it.

Jason,

If you open up the Workflow Designer you can do a search for specific workflows. In Workflow Designer select the Common Searches icon in the toolbar and then click on New Search in My Searches in the left pane.

You can then enter the Entry parameters you want to search for;

If a workflow instance is found that matches your search criteria you can open it up and view the details of that specific instance.
