Audit Trail Entry Event Descriptions Missing

I was helping a client today on understanding what the different columns mean in a Delete report in Audit Trail. We discovered that the Event types of Delete Entry, Recycle Entry, and Purge Entry are not listed in the help file here. Can these please be added?

I see descriptions for those events in the help file under Event Descriptions, so either it's been taken care of or I'm misunderstanding the question.

Thank you Andrew. It looks like I was looking in the wrong place. I was looking under Column Descriptions.
