When using the mobile app, I don't see "Save Offline Copy" as an option for some users. Is there a right or permission one needs to be able to save an offline copy?

Regarding saving forms/tasks offline, once the form/task configured to be allowed to download, then every user who can see the form can download the form offline as well. If it is not configured on the forms side, the form will not have the option to be saved offline within the app.
Regarding save documents offline, I believe any user should be able to do this.

Here's what I see for an "admin" and for a user I'm trying to allow offline access. I'm wondering if it's a Feature Right or Privilege that this regular user needs but I don't see info on which one would apply for "Save Offline Copy".

After speaking with a developer, I believe you will need to grant that user the ability to export in the administration console.
