Hello,

I am working to create a form which will allow users to request access to the finance system.  One option they would like to have is to allow the user to request the same access level(s) as another employee (based on employee ID).  .  If the Same Access level employee ID is filled, they want the access levels to be populated in the form:

Employees can have a single access level or multiple access levels, depending on their job function.  We have a view that contains employee ID and role (access level) – sample spreadsheet attached.

I investigated using a 1 row table with field types of checkbox for each group (Accounting, Finance, etc.), but I have not been able to find a way to reference the variables in the Lookup Rules.  My suspicion is this may require custom Javascript which is a little above my capabilities at this time.
