I am using an electronic quick field sessions using patterns matches to retrieve data from the database.  How do I populate the template with multi values pulled backed from the database.  Ex.  Multiple complaint numbers and multiple complaint dates from the database needs to populate the template.  They appear on the same line as opposed to appearing on separate lines.
