Forms 11: Chrome and Chromium Edge Adding Commas to Number Fields

I feel like this was addressed with the Classic Designer in previous Forms versions, but in the New Forms Designer when using a number field and unchecking the use thousands delimiter box, Chrome and Chromium Edge still add a comma to the field. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

The new layout designer uses general number inputs instead of masked text inputs. We can take a look, but we might not be able to control this. 

Edit: This is filed and should be fixed with our deployment later this week.
