Email Archive - Importing the same email every day even though the email was only ever sent to the monitored mailbox one time

Has anyone ever experienced this with Email Archive ???

 

There is a particular group of emails that we received in a monitored email inbox and Email Archive correctly detected and imported in LF on 3/26.

 

Since that day, these emails seem to be re-imported by Email Archive every day without an email being sent for them. Almost like they're being cached in Email Archive and re-discovered for import or something. It's really causing a headache, as we have people saying hey these emails keep popping into the repository via Email Archive but we only ever received it one time on 3/26!

Help!

I'd recommend you create a support case so that we can investigate further. 

Please provide the following information in the support case:

  1. Exact version number of Email Archive and Laserfiche Server
  2. Which kinds of Email Sever you're using
  3. If you can, record a video or provide some screenshots to show the issue
  4. The profile
  5. Related logs

Hi Tianxia,

 

I think I fixed the issue by changing the config file. I don't remember exactly what piece we changed in there but I know we set it from "3000" to the recommended "1000"
