We have a network password policy that users have to change their passwords after 60 days. When the user changes their password they are unable to open up their Laserfiche. They receive the following error.

Error Message: The user account name or password is incorrect. [9010]

We are running Laserfiche Rio Server 10.2.1.953
Users are Windows Authenticated users that are setup in the Laserfiche Directory Server 10.0.0.270

The only way to fix it is to restart the Laserfiche server. Can someone please let us know how to fix this.
