Is there a way to only copy folders from windows explorer to LF?

I have a customer with an intricate folder structure in Windows File Manager and I would like to recreate this structure in LF - but I don't want to take the documents within these folders.  If I drag the entire structure into LF is there an option that would allow this or is it all or nothing?  Is there anything I can do with Workflow to accomplish this?

One way to do this is to import the folder structure with the documents, then do a within folder search for all documents and delete them:
