A previous customer is at odds with their current provider and reached out to our company for help. I was wondering if anyone could share a PDF with info on how to restore a backup for United 7.2. I was only able to show them documentation for the Avante and Rio process since I couldn't find relevant info for United 7.2, but am not sure how fruitful that'll be.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
