SupportUser needs to be enabled or have its expiration set by the customer as they grant you access. The solution provider cannot extend that access on their own by modifying SupportUser once they gained access.

Were you logged in as SupportUser trying to extend SupportUser's expiration period? You can't do that.

The message is wrong, we'll fix it.

Yes, sometimes when contacting support they ask for a certain duration to be set. This must be done as the supportuser itself because that is also our login as the var.
