How to make the signature field read-only

I want to makes the signature field read-only so the manager will see the employee's signature instead of a Sign button during the process?

You can either make the entire form read only in the user task settings for the manager, or copy the form and make the signature field read only on the copy. That way the manager gets a read-only view of the signature but can still edit other fields.
