Hi Richard,
You probably need to apply an index to your multi-value token. In the email editor within your workflow, right-click your multi-value token and click the "Token Editor" option. From there, check the "Apply Index" box, and then click the "all values separated by" radio button. From the drop-down, pick the option that describes how your values are separated (most likely a line break).
