Several users are receiving an error message stating "Error, the given key was not present in the dictionary" after they apply their custom signature stamp. It will not let them update the page. We are using the Laserfiche web client and the error seems to happen randomly. The only work around is for the user to sign out of Laserfiche and back in- then once they apply their stamp again it will save. Is there something we can do to prevent this from happening?
