We are considering moving from on-prem to cloud for our LF environment in the next year, and would like feedback from any other government users (especially those also using in for public health) on how you evaluated and mitigated security risks. Likewise, for any others who considered cloud and decided to stick with on-prem hosting, what was the deciding factor(s)? We've started our risk analysis but want to make sure we aren't missing anything. Plus, other experiences with cloud-hosted governments would be very helpful as we evaluate where to go. Thank you!

How exciting! Thank you for your question, Shawn!
Wanted to share a link to the Laserfiche Trust Center that provides good information around security and compliance. The link can be found here: https://www.laserfiche.com/products/trust/.

Thank you Ryan, I actually almost just emailed you for an answer lol. After discussions with our solution provider, we've decided that the LF cloud-hosted solution won't meet our needs just yet, but not because of security concerns. We're looking forward to trying out Laserfiche 11 later this year though, once at least the first update is launched!
