Forms 11: Forms Designer Section Description Shows Below

In Forms 11 if you use the new Forms Designer and add a Section Description it puts the text below the entire section. This is a different behavior than previous versions of Forms where it put the text below the section name. Can this be switched in Forms 11 to match how it worked in previous versions?

We've heard some similar feedback from our internal UX team. I think we'll update this in the next release so that what you have in the description field now gets moved into "Text below field", then we'll add back the "Text above field" and "Description" configuration for field notes that don't show up on the form.
