asked on March 29, 2021 Show version history

Hello, I create a waiver form for when I person choose what application they need to fill out and go to the form automation to fill out for an example: IN the waiver form there are three options checkbox : School Application, Internship Application, and Business School Application. Then a person choose one of them or more then you they click on the submit button and go to the next form or the next form after it if there more and create a process to capture all that information. Is there way to built this process and get to the next form??  If you don't understand this question please me know and I will go in more detail...

Two main options for this:

  1. Have everything as a single consolidated form - using sections or page breaks for the different parts of the form and use Field Rules to decide which part(s) to display based on the checkboxes.  There will be only a single "Submit" for this option, so consider having a dedicated section or page break at the end to include any explanation/instructions you want.
  2. Have multiple forms, as separate User Tasks (assign them to the initiator and check the box to automatically load the next task if the same person is assigned to it).  Use Gateways (probably Exclusive Gateways) to determine which user tasks to load and which to bypass.
