I've got a user that is trying to email files, and this is the error that pops up when she tries. It seems to only be specific to TIFF files that's she's trying to email. This is a new problem for her that just started up out of nowhere. The issue seems to be isolated to her, as I can perform this action just fine.

Any ideas on what causes this error?
