This bug was fixed a few weeks ago. Reselect the logo in the themes section and it should work again. If you saved a custom theme while the bug was a problem, you'll need to select the custom theme, select the logo again, then re-save the custom theme over the broken one.
Unfortunately, this isn't fixed. My customer tried updating and it didn't work so I used my VAR cloud account to test and it also isn't working there. I'll open another support case to see if we can figure it out.

I think the current issue is with public forms and we saw it working for private forms. We'll take another look and should have it fixed next week.
To further clarify, it's seen in public processes when using a modern form rather than a classic form, and has the logo set using an uploaded image or something already in the gallery, rather than a URL.
The Laserfiche Cloud 2021.2 update for Process Automation has been deployed. Please confirm that the issue is now addressed.
