Email recipient was not provided means:

A user task does not have a person assigned to it (since it doesn't track failure notification emails to assigned users with no email address)

OR

An email activity does not have an email in the recipient/to field.

Hi Chad, thanks for support me.

Curiously the e-mail is just for notification and it is not to an user task, also my e-mail field gets the e.mail´s receiver information but when the process is in the "notification step by e-mail", it is suspended.

Are you entering an email address as a recipient in the email notification or a user account? It might be that the user account has no email setup on their account.

I get exactly the same error when Laserfiche Forms tries to pull an email address from LFDS to send an email to intiator. This seems to be an issue with new users created from their Shibboleth SSO. The first, second, or third time Forms tries to send email to a new user the Email task in forms will give this error; it's almost random. I'll get an alert of the suspended task, tell it to retry, and it will work the second time.

When I first discovered this error there were a large number of them piled up, and the retry would work for several email tasks, and then suspend for any more than that.

It's almost as if the first time Forms tries to get the email address of a newly self-licensed user LFDS will refuse to give the email address even though the first one or two email attempts to that person succeed.

The forms email tasks are attempting to send the email to the /initiator in all of these cases.
