Set Business Process Variables Signature

I have signature field in process A. I have another process B where that signature need to be shown. Is it possible to use Set Business Process activity in Workflow to set the value for Signature Field?

I don't believe it is possible to set signatures from workflow.

That is correct, Workflow cannot perform actions on forms on behalf of a user.

You'll also want to consider the legal implications of this type of action since the user would no longer have control of where their signature appears.
