I have a staff member who has an HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow 7000 s3 Sheet-feed Scanner. About a week ago she was scanning into Laserfiche and she said that HP software was popping up when she scanned in Laserfiche. So I took a look at it and sure enough HP software came up when she scans into Laserfiche. This didn't allow her to enter some template information and also wasn't giving her the ability to scan both sides. So I removed the HP driver and HP software that was on her computer. I downloaded the basic driver for the 7000 s3 but now she is getting a popup that says The HP Imaging Device was not found when she tries to scan using Twain. Attached is a screenshot of what is popping up. How do I get rid of this popup. We would like to use Twain when scanning but we constantly get the HP Imaging Device was not found to pop up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That is not a Laserfiche error. It sounds like you had it set up to use the scanner's software when scanning with TWAIN. That's an option in Laserfiche Scanning (you can go with the scanner's software, which sometimes has more options, or you can go with the built-in Laserfiche Scanning settings).
After installing the new driver, did she re-select the scanner to use?
