Does anyone know where Forms stores its Business Process URLs?

I want to explore with creating a Public facing eForm that is valid for a set time.

A separate BP will be initiated to capture the intended audience & validity period, inviting them to fill in a Survey, this BP will kick off a workflow that will retrieve the "Survey's" BP's URL, amend it with a unique number, or whatever, and email the URL to the intended audience. After 1/2 weeks workflow will revert the URL back to its original state.

Essentially bringing Laserfiche Surveys features to a self-hosted deployment. Anyone else try this before? Thanks in advance.
