This sometimes happens when the database is overloaded (taking too long to respond) or a firewall/proxy is interfering. You can increase the timeout period by setting the LoginTimeoutSeconds registry value on the windows client machine (see here). If that doesn't work, check the event log on the Laserfiche Server machine.  If you are using windows authentication, it could also mean that there is a problem communicating between the Laserfiche server and the domain controller.

Hi

Do we know where we can find the Domain controller configured for laserfiche?

Laserfiche uses the same domain controller as any other application, which can be found by using the nltest utility, for example: nltest /dclist:mydomain.com

Is there a way to see in logs if while logging in it fails then which Dc we connected to?

Couldn't see anything in Event Viewer.

Also where in Laserfiche the domain is configured?

The Laserfiche server uses the same domain as the machine, there is no special domain configuration.  Event logs are either in the system event log, or in "Application and Service Logs" (Depending on your version of the Laserfiche server):

At this point I suggest you open a support case with your reseller.
