Forms Cloud has no suspension details, it just suspends and has a retry (which will never work without fixing something first)

Before we can have a suspension, a problem must occur. But there is no clip board in cloud in the menu where we normally view the problem

Clicking on the instance hyperlink again just says suspended with no mention of the problem which would trigger a suspension.

Clicking on the details tab, there is a hyperlink to an error log that has no event details

There MUST be a problem, before we can reach a suspension, the problem is what we need to see in order to fix the suspension.

A fix has been deployed. Retry the suspended "save to repository" tasks and confirm that they now complete. If these tasks are still suspending, please open a case with Laserfiche Support.

Is this from today? We are investigating an issue with saving forms to the repository. We will keep you posted.

We have identified the issue and will be patching LF Cloud ASAP. Once patched, you will be able to successfully retry the instances.
