Before we can have a suspension, a problem must occur. But there is no clip board in cloud in the menu where we normally view the problem
Clicking on the instance hyperlink again just says suspended with no mention of the problem which would trigger a suspension.
Clicking on the details tab, there is a hyperlink to an error log that has no event details
There MUST be a problem, before we can reach a suspension, the problem is what we need to see in order to fix the suspension.
