In Laserfiche Cloud, how can we upload images that can be embedded in a form with Custom HTML?

I uploaded an image for the form header and selected to use it. Loaded the page. Inspected the code. Copied the image src and pasted it in the custom HTML code. It worked temporarily, but the link broke shortly after.

How do I accomplish this in Cloud?
