Forms 11 New Designer missing

I have installed Laserfiche 11 on a brand new Server 2019 VM. Everything has installed okay and is running.

However, when creating a new form, I do not get the option to select the New Designer or the Classic Designer. It only has the option to name the form.

I have installed LF 11 using a VAR license (if that makes any difference).

Also, I have tried several different browsers.

Can you take a screen shot of the about dialog to confirm it is version 11. Can you also go into a process and click "Create Form". Take a screen shot of that dialog.

I have figured it out now. It only gives you the New Design view when you create a new form, not a new process.
