Hello, 

I believe that the functionality in Laserfiche On Prem is that when someone has a file opened it shows as the entry is locked and in "Read Only Mode". 

I tried the same with Laserfiche Cloud (using Desktop Client) and both myself and an end user were able to open up the file and neither of us had the "Read Only' indicator nor did it show as locked in LF. Is that working as intended or might have I missed something?
