Feature Request - Remove "Multiple Steps" in assigned to column when running reports

Hey There,

When a sub process is used in a business process and the process is assigned to a single user the reports shows "Multiple Steps" in the 'Assigned to' column. Users then have to click on the link to see who it is actually assigned to even though it assigned to one person. This is very inefficient and would like Laserfiche to take a position on if this is something that will be enhanced in future releases or not. I have seen 4 other answers posts where Laserfiche has not even addressed the issue.

We do not have immediate plans to update the UI in the Monitor page. One thing that might help is from the Monitor page, if you filter by process, you can download the instance list in Excel. When we download, we group and expand each active thread so you can see the full list of assigned to users.

This is disappointing, Just to reiterate. This is the reports page we are talking about we will just have to pass this along to the customer.

I would like to bring this up as well as a feature request. We just built some custom reports for a customer and the columns for current step and assigned to all show as "Multiple Steps" because one of the "Multiple Steps" is the subprocess itself. You would think it would be able to differentiate between a task and a sub-process and filter out the sub-process from the list.

Hi Jim,

Thanks for bringing this to us, I will relay your request to Forms team, but there is no guarantee when it will be supported, you can check from Forms future release notes if it's implemented.
