Oh, never mind, I see there is already another post on this: https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/153205/Date-can-you-break-it-up-into-Month-day-year-so-that-each-part-of-the-date-can-be-pulled-into-a-fillable-pdf-separately-to-fill-in-a-contract
I am excited about my new project: I had started a Draft Agreement Process, but last week I saw a demonstration at the Laserfiche Empower conference where you can get workflow involved in a form to complete a template. The users would pick a template during the form process which prompts them to fill in specific fields required by their template (usually a standard agreement that they do a lot of), then workflow kicks in and fills in the blanks on an actual blank template for the type of agreement they chose, and emails the draft to the user to send out to the other party for signatures! Workflow will usually only need to fill in the date, the other party name and info, effective and expiry dates (depending on which template they pick). Meanwhile, the form process carries on with different steps, including uploading the signed agreement and Saving to Laserfiche!
