Find Activate key for customer who has no LSAP

Dear team,

 

Refer to customer who has no LSAP, we can not find activation key for our current customer who has not apply LSAP for a few years RIO V9.2.

 

They plan to relocate LF Rio to new HW environment but we found that LF support didn't show our customer history record for their LF activate key.  Then we not able to deactivate old system and re-activate to new system.

 

Where we can find the way out for this?  Regards,

Is it possible your customer is listed with Laserfiche using an older name?

Please open a case with Laserfiche Support and reference this Answers post. Provide us with a copy of any Laserfiche application license file that customer is using and we can look them up by company name or serial.
