Dear team,
Refer to customer who has no LSAP, we can not find activation key for our current customer who has not apply LSAP for a few years RIO V9.2.
They plan to relocate LF Rio to new HW environment but we found that LF support didn't show our customer history record for their LF activate key. Then we not able to deactivate old system and re-activate to new system.
Where we can find the way out for this? Regards,
