Your theme should save with the form. If you are using pagination on the form, that will paginate the saved PDF as well. If you want the PDF to be a single page, you can go into the form options to use the setting to "Remove page breaks on saved forms."

You can also design a separate form using the initial form variables and save that one if you want to build a special form just for saving to the repository.
