We have a user who anytime they import from outlook the metadata date keeps reverting back to July 24th for some reason... even happens in multiple templates

When she drags and drops it seems fine, it seems to have only started happening after a recent move to e o365.

I cannot seem to find anything on this.

Maybe compare these settings for this user versus another user that doesn't experience the same behavior:

Perhaps a setting was tweaked for this user outside of the normal defaults that your other users are seeing.
