I have a client that has recently updated all of their machines to LF client 10.4.2.. For some reason one of the users is getting th4e below error when dragging and dropping an outlook message into LF. They are all using 64 bit Outlook.. which I thought was the problem but none of the other users are having the issue.. The Outlook plug in works fine.. Thanks in advance...

This issue may be the same one mentioned in https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1014163/the-may-4-2020-updates-for-microsoft-office-2016-and-microsoft-365-may-prevent-you-from-dragging-documents-from-the-laserfiche-windows-client-into-microsoft-outlook

Have the affected user check what version of Outlook they are using and make sure that it has been fully patched with the latest updates from Microsoft.

Based on other support cases for customers that reported experiencing this similar issue and error message, this issue should be addressed with MS updates from June 2020 onward.

I ran into this problem. There was something messed up with the install. I manually ran the msi installer in \en\WindowsClient\ClientHelperMsi110-x64.msi and that seemed to do the trick.
