Web Client Version 10 Integrations

Hello,

Customer reached out asking if the LF Office Integration should work for MS Publisher.

When they go to open Publisher document in Web Client, it downloads and opens Publisher, but when they edit the document and go to save it is not saving the changes back to Laserfiche. The customer has to upload the document, new, after each edit.

I have tested and get the same results.

The Office Integration is only compatible with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with a different integration for Outlook.

Publisher is not supported from the office integration.

You will need to keep saving locally and then uploading and adding as a new version, that way you will have the ability to roll back to previous versions if required. (Version Control)
